How is Naturally Nestled latex made?
Both Naturally Nestled Organic and 100% Natural latex are made via the Dunlop manufacturing process where raw latex is poured into molds and cured into solid latex foam. We never add any synthetic latex or extending fillers in our formulations.
Where is Naturally Nestled latex made?
Naturally Nestled latex is produced by Latex Green in Sri Lanka. Latex Green is one of the few certified carbon neutral latex manufacturers on the planet.

How is latex different from memory foam?
Both Naturally Nestled organic and 100% natural latex is made from natural latex harvested from rubber trees. Memory foam is made from chemicals derived from petroleum, it’s essentially plastic.
Latex has natural resiliency and stretches to offer both contouring pressure relief and support. Memory foam is one-dimensional and offers only pressure relief until you bottom out creating pressure.
What is the difference between 100% natural and organic latex?
Organic latex is harvested from sequestered fields which are farmed without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Natural latex is produced with standard farming practices used by all non-organic natural latex producers.
Naturally Nestled organic latex is the cleanest latex you can buy. Maintaining organic certifications requires dedicated farming and extensive monitoring, there are only four certified organic latex producers worldwide. Limited supply means we pay more for organic purity which requires a slightly higher price.
Naturally Nestled natural latex provides a similar feel and sleeping benefit at a lower cost. It’s like choosing a regular apple, it may not be organic but it’s considerably healthier than a candy bar. We provide the options, you decide.
Does latex sleep hot?
Naturally Nestled latex has an open cell structure so air can flow through it allowing body heat to escape so it doesn’t sleep hot. Most other foams are closed cell so they trap body heat and radiate it back at you.
Covers
Do toppers and pillows come with covers?
Our toppers include a cotton sheeting cover to make it easier to handle and prevent damage when positioning. Organic latex toppers include an organic cotton cover. 100% Natural latex toppers include a 100% cotton (non-organic) cover. Both arrive assembeled.
Naturally Nestled organic latex pillows include an organic cotton sheeting cover as well as an organic cotton outer knit cover.
Care instructions.
Topper and pillow sheeting covers can be hand washed cold and line dried. They should never be put in a washing machine or dryer on any cycle.
Pillow outer covers are dry clean only.
Mattress covers are not washable.

Assembly Instructions
Twin through Queen pillowtop mattresses arrive pre-assembled in one box, King and California King pillowtop mattresses will be shipped in two boxes due to FedEx weight restrictions. See the video below for simple instructions to assemble the King/Cal King or to add/replace a pillowtop.

How are Naturally Nestled products shipped?
Naturally Nestled products are shipped via FedEx ground. We ship from our Chicago factory location. Toppers and pillows usually ship within two business days of receiving your order. Mattresses are individually made to order and ship on Wednesdays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Where do Naturally Nestled ship to?
We ship to the continental US.
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes.

Mattresses (365-Night Comfort Trial Policy)
Pillowtop Mattress: An adjustment period to any new mattress is normal so we ask that you sleep on your new Pillowtop mattress for at least 45 nights. If after 45 nights, and within 1 year you wish to change the feel, please contact us and we will exchange, one time only, the 2” latex layer inside your Pillowtop. There is no cost to exchange and a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided.
Original Mattress: If you wish to adjust the feel of your Original Mattress, you may add the additional Pillowtop for the cost difference between the Original mattress and the Pillowtop mattress, plus an additional $40 for shipping.
Mattress Toppers & Pillows (30-Night Comfort Trial Policy)
Mattress Toppers and Pillows may be exchanged, one time only, within 30 days of delivery for an equal or lesser value. If the value of the exchange is greater than the original purchase, the difference in price applies. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Limited Warranty Coverage:
Naturally Nestled warrants that it will, at its option, and at its expense, repair or replace any item deemed defective by Take Ten which is covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty lasts for a period of five (25) years from the date of the product purchase as recorded on your sales receipt. Proof of direct, authorized purchase is required with all warranty claims. This warranty applies only to the “original” purchaser and is not transferable. An “original” purchaser is the individual or entity that purchased item(s) directly from dev.naturallynestled.com or an authorized retailer.
What this Limited Warranty Covers:
Naturally Nestled by Take Ten warrants this latex to be free of defects. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, a defect is a permanent “sag” or “indentation” of the pillow or topper latex foam measuring one inch or more deep.
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Damage to the product due to improper handling of the mattress or from burns, spills, body fluids, etc.
- Comfort or feel preference.
- Normal wear and tear including slight foam depressions of less than one (1) inch.
- Any topper or pillow cover.
- Any product used for commercial purposes such as hotels, hospitals, schools, etc.
TAKE TEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY; THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT TOWARDS REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
