Please see below policies for your product and click here to initiate a trial or warranty claim.While vast majority of sleepers love Naturally Nestled items just the way they are, occasionally some prefer something a little different, our expectation is that you love your bed and we'll do everything we can to make it so.
Naturally Nestled patented mattress design allows for individualized comfort while reducing land fill debris, which unfortunately is where other returned “trial-program” mattresses often end up. We can easily fine tune the feel by adjusting a layer without disposing of your entire mattress.
For sanitary reasons, Naturally Nestled products are not returnable. Exchanged items are never resold, they are upcycled by recyclers into other product applications.
Mattresses (365-Night Comfort Trial Policy)
Pillowtop Mattress: An adjustment period to any new mattress is normal so we ask that you sleep on your new Pillowtop mattress for at least 45 nights. If after 45 nights, and withing 1 year you wish to change the feel, please contact us and we will exchange, one time only, the 2” latex layer inside your Pillowtop. There is no cost to exchange and a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided.
Original Mattress: If you wish to adjust the feel of your Original Mattress, you may add the additional Pillowtop for the cost difference between Original mattress and Pillowtop mattress, plus an additional $40 for shipping.
Mattress Toppers & Pillows (30-Night Comfort Trial Policy)
Mattress Toppers and Pillows may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Limited Warranty Coverage:
Naturally Nestled warrants that it will, at its option, and at its expense, repair or replace any item deemed defective by Take Ten which is covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty lasts for a period of five (25) years from the date of the product purchase as recorded on your sales receipt. Proof of direct, authorized purchase is required with all warranty claims. This warranty applies only to the “original” purchaser and is not transferable. An “original” purchaser is the individual or entity that purchased item(s) directly from dev.naturallynestled.com or an authorized retailer.
What this Limited Warranty Covers:
Naturally Nestled by Take Ten warrants this latex to be free of defects. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, a defect is permanent “sag” or “indentation” of the pillow or topper latex foam measuring one inch or more deep.
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Damage to the product due to improper handling of the mattress or from burns, spills, body fluids, etc.
- Comfort or feel preference.
- Normal wear and tear including slight foam depressions of less than one (1) inch.
- Any topper or pillow cover.
- Any product used for commercial purposes such as hotels, hospitals, schools, etc.
TAKE TEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY; THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT TOWARDS REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED. IN ANY CASE, THE EXTENT OF LIABILITY ON THE PART OF TAKE TEN WILL BE LIMITED TO THAT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
ALL PARTS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OR UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES THE PURCHASER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND THE PURCHASER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
